Day 6: Love Is Not Irritable

"He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city." Proverbs 16:32

Day 6 was a great day for me.  I actually had a day that I already fully did and it was kinda bitter sweet.  It was nice to feel like I have love right at least one way.  Geez.....six days later.  At the same time, I didn't fully learn something because I'm pretty patient and slow to anger 95% of my life.  I am rarely irritable, so this one was an easy one for me.  So, on to day 7.  Day 7 will be a tough one for me but I KNOW I will learn a lot so I am really looking forward to it!!!  God is good!

"When under pressure, love doesn't turn sour.  The truth is, love does not get angry or hurt unless there is a legitimate and just reason in the sight of God."

"A loving wife is not overly sensitive or cranky but exercises emotional self-control.  She chooses to be a flower among the thorns and respond pleasantly during prickly situations."

"Ask yourself,  'Am I a calming breeze, or a storm waiting to happen?'"

Being irritable is easy for some and hard for others.  With this busy life and all the things going on in one day, it's very easy to be irritable.  I dare you to try and capture those moments and make sure you are still treating loved ones right even when under life's pressures!  Life is precious and so are the people in it!
