So, not too much has been going on. The main thing is that I got to scratch off my number four from my list....yes, I said list. We all have one, right? The main list of life dreams or wants? Well, I have one of those lists and seeing Mariah Carey live was my number 4. I have been a HUGE fan since I was in Jr. High. Not just because she has an AMAZING voice and is beautiful but because of the things she endured before making it to the top. Being a mixed race, I can totally relate to some of the prejudices she endured. I have admired her for YEARS!!! I am still star struck about seeing her!!!! She is beautiful in person!!! We had amazing seats also, which made it even more amazing!
I still can't believe how close we were!
Sat, I got my locks cut for the Locks Of Love Event! I'm still getting used to it but it's for an amazing cause that I hold dear to my heart, so.......it's all worth it! The Bej got to cut the ponytail, so that was tons of FUN! HA!
Haven't checked on the house this week but I'm sure we'll go out there tomorrow. It's going up so fast, I'm almost scared to see where they are at now. So so so fast but it'll be fun when it's ready!
Bej and I have our 4th of July weekend plans finalized finally! I am a planner, so I like to have these things planned ahead of time...lol WITH a list of everything we will need to make it a fun trip. We're going to Third Eye Blind Concert at a casino in Oklahoma and then heading to Bejan's family's house for a 4th of July party! We're so super stoked. It'll be the first time for me to meet his friends from back home and his family! Isn't the beginning of love so much fun!!!!??? Yes, Mom....you guys will get your turn to meet Bej soon! :)
